It is not easy to explain the Feng Shui or its way of action. But who decides to know and practice its guidelines receives the bonus of be inserted into a dimension much more happy and harmonic: the dimension of Nature.

Feng Shui belongs to those matters that are restricted to people who are dedicated to know unapparent but essential realities as the air we breathe. Usually called mistics, are persons moved and fed by the Love for their Life and their Creator.

They can reach high flights, but alone…. We need to find ways to take off and fly together to new octaves of thought through common denominators for all of us. Life is an unfinished project and asks for our participation. In my opinion, Feng Shui makes easy this process that integrates us harmoniously with the Life that sustains us.

Feng Shui understands the reality through the material. By what can see, intuits what can’t see. Its techniques create balance and motivation putting in a practice way this new octave, which we need to achieve in our personal and familiar lives, cells that make society.
So, we can define Feng Shui as the study that places the individual in harmony with himself, with his geographic reality and with the Cosmic Life that surrounds him.

Today Feng Shui is divided in three schools:

The Traditional School or the Compass School; the Black Hat School and more recently the Logical Feng Shui which defends the adaptation of the Later Heaven Sequence Ba-guá to the Southern Hemisphere based on trigrams (and their relation with the seasons) and on the guide stars of Northern and Southern Hemispheres: Polaris and Alpha-Crux. The Logical Feng Shui created the Solar Method of the Four Seasons. It’s a new method and it works in both hemispheres where the ba-guá is applied from the centre of the building with the help of a compass. In the Southern Hemisphere, is used the Later Heaven Sequence Ba-guá adapted to the Southern Hemisphere. This perspective understands the profound Chinese philosophical knowledge and updates in time and space this important tool for creating harmony and prosperity.
This perspective is explained in the book Feng Shui Lógico, by Stela Vecchi (Ícone Publisher, São Paulo, 2004) that relates the Einstein’s Theory of Relativity, the study of the Jungian Symbology and other scientific associations to prove the effectiveness of Feng Shui.

The main goal of Logical Feng Shui is to preserve the spirit that gave rise to Feng Shui and the use of Ba-guá (Pa-kuá) by studying the I Ching (O livro das mutações, Richard Wilhelm, Pensamento Publisher), where we find the explanation of the trigrams, one of the main bases of Feng Shui. And updating these studies with the today knowledge, not despising any information that can brings more and more harmony, healthy and well-being. Be faithful to the fact that everything is in a constantly mutation, so always open to changes when they are necessary and when new discoveries are made, improving its concepts.

Since the beginning of our civilization, much knowledge was gained and is possible today to delineate scientifically into the human diversity the bases that provide happiness. There is a lesson of humility after such a scientific breakthrough: we must live with the Mystery of Life. We know many things, but we don’t know everything. This is the principle of Wisdom. Feng Shui must to accomplish its mission: integrate our human life in the cosmic life that surrounds us. The Feng Shui techniques, improved with the comprehension about the universe that the Einstein’s Theory of Relativity brought to us and the symbolic language that Carl G. Jung has penetrated so deeply can really help us in getting harmony within and outside of us.

The Trigrams and the Sun Method of the Four Seasons

Ba-guá to the Northern Hemisphere

Ba-guá to the Southern Hemisphere
Ba-guá Feng Shui Lógico - Hemisfério Sul

The Logical Feng Shui teaches how to apply the ba-guá from the center of the building and line up the side of the construction that receives the first sunrises with the Family and Healthy trigram, the Thunder.
You line up your home with the axes north-south, tuning the building with the sunlight, the great vital energy that we receive in our planet. Through quantum concepts, we learn to see our lives connected to the space that sustains us in harmony with our own path, seeking the integration of our four bodies: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. The homes are a way to understand this reality. In the link below, see how to aply the ba-guá according to the Logical Feng Shui, using the adapted ba-guá to the Southern Hemisphere (in the Southern Hemisphere):

To apply the ba-guá, Logical Feng Shui utilizes the center of the building (not the front door). Here’s why:

Ba-guá to the Northern Hemisphere

Ba-guá to the Southern Hemisphere
bagua_ Feng Shui _h_sul_com_planta_baixa

Logical Feng Shui uses the ba-guá adapted to the Southern Hemisphere for harmonization in the Southern Hemisphere and the Northern Hemisphere ba-guá to the Northern Hemisphere.
Since the Sun rises on the horizon, in the East, it is our main reference for guide us: always in the center of our homes or the center of the place we want to harmonize.

In low latitude areas (the equator) and polar regions is necessary to use the compass.

Hours to the Southern Hemisphere:

The sun is at about 6:00 in the morning in the East (Family and Health);

Around 9:00 in the morning in the Northeast (Prosperity);

Noon in the North (Success);

At 15:00 in the Northwest (Relationships);

At 18:00 (hours considered mystical) in the West (Creativity and Children);

Now the sun begins to rise in the Northern Hemisphere and has begun the night for us:

At 21:00 in the Southwest (Friends, Spiritual Protection and Travel);

At 24:00 in the South (Work and Life Mission);

And at 3:00 in the morning is in the South-east (Self-Knowledge and Personal Evolution), when the Earth completes its daily spin around the sun and prepares to turn back day again in the Southern Hemisphere.

And it is this turning of the Earth that causes the time zone, with the local time of the countries in both hemispheres.

For the Southern Hemisphere, at night, is Alpha Crux, the brightest star in the longest axis of the Southern Cross that can guide us: it shows the South Pole.

Everything revolves from one center, one axis: the center of the building of our home is that axis, which receives the eight winds associated with the fundamental trigrams, always with the reference to the center of our home or property you want to harmonize: Thunder, Wind, Fire, Earth, Lake, Heaven, Water and Mountain.

Seasons, trigrams and cardinal directions to the two hemispheres:

Thunder Trigram = Chen = East in both hemispheres = Sunrise = Spring = Family and Health = side of the house that receives the first sunrises in the morning; Correspondence with the Number 3;

Wind Trigram = SUN = Northeast (Southern Hemisphere) and South-east (Northern Hemisphere) = Sun around 9:00 in the morning = Late Spring = Prosperity = side of the house at this time illuminated by the sun; Correspondence with the number 4;

Lake Trigram = TUI = West in both hemispheres = sunset = Creativity and Children = side of the house that receives the sunlight at this time; Correspondence with the number 7;

Heaven Trigram = C’HIEN = South-west (Southern Hemisphere) and Northwest (Northern Hemisphere) = Friends and Travel = End of fall = corresponds to 21.00 hours in the day; Correspondence with the number 6;

Water Trigram = K’AN = South (Southern Hemisphere) and North (Northern Hemisphere) = Work = Winter = midnight = side that is pointed to by the brightest star of the Southern Cross, Alpha-Crux; Correspondence with the number 1;

Mountain Trigram = Ken = South-east (Southern Hemisphere) and Northeast (Northern Hemisphere) = Spirituality and Self-Knowledge = Late winter = comes before the sunrise = time of the day 03:00 in the morning;
Correspondence with the number 8.

Jardim e estátua

1. Gardens of sinuous and soft lines are indicated in any area of the ba-gua.
These forms push us to walk slower and thus enjoy all the beauty of plants and flowers.

The statue, which is lonely and in an attitude of reflection, suggests a better use of available energy in the directions South-east in the Southern Hemisphere and North-east in the Northern Hemisphere, representing an energetic lift to the area of Spirituality, which corresponds to the End of Winter side of the house.

Phrases that reinforce the area: I am fed by the Universe with the knowledge I need to live in peace and harmony with myself.

Here we have a pool built in sufficient distance from the house, and the choice to surround it with plants and flowers that give the idea of fire and earth elements, besides the wood element related to the plants, of course.
The healthy condition of the plants and water suggests the quality of beneficial energy of the place.
The side of the house perfect for this composition is the Spring Side, East Side both in the Southern Hemisphere and in the Northern Hemisphere, since the sun’s rays are available throughout the day, that is, there are no walls that seal the sun for the full use of the pool.

The cure was done through the plant with white flowers (in the fireplace) and also we could increase the resonance in this area by replacing the picture above the fireplace for a mirror of good quality.

Phrase: I’m creative to turn every situation into opportunities for growth and learning.

Varanda florida

These missing areas can be “created” through cement pots of compatible size with the missing area or decorative stones placed in order to create the proportion of filling in the meeting lines of these areas. Spot lights on at night reinforce these procedures. In addition to these, check which area of the house is missing according to the Ba-gua applied by the Four Seasons Solar Method and activate it accordingly.
Fachada noite
7. Although it is overexposed due to the absence of plants in an equivalent size to the house in order to provide greater protection and good energy, this house has favorable shapes in its construction.

A landscaping created according to the Logical Feng Shui guidelines vastly increases the area of benefit, providing more protection, beauty and good energy.
Fachada dia
8. A few basic procedures are missing for this beautiful home, such as pots with protection plants in the entrance, but the color of the door and the harmonic shapes benefit it, and with a little actions we can let this home more secure, and with lots of good energy.
